I knew it would be a matter of time before I would tire of the girlishness of the pearl centerpiece... Russ tired of it the first day (haha). I guess it was too girly for him (though, as I constantly remind him that there's hardly anything girly about our apartment...).
Ian thinks the pearls are too girly also...
Instead, I used the extra wooden blocks I had from my shadowbox project and I absolutely love the result.
