I made these as a Thanksgiving treat for the people that work in Russ' office. The last time I made these mini pies was for my wedding favor boxes (which Mom and I were up till 3 am working on but they're SO worth it!).
Not giving away the recipe for these however, it's a family secret. But seriously, Derby pie is THE best!
