about me

I'm a 28 year old very amateur painter, cake decorator, baker who is married to a Navy Sailor and we've been living outside of Seattle for two and a half years.  I started this blog as a creative outlet because as an unemployed, college graduate who lives in a place full of strangers, I needed somewhere to interact with the world. 

Here's my husband, Russ, who is very awesome (and puts up with all my crazy weirdness).

I love doing projects, creating things, and trying ideas out that I've seen online. I love taking Pinterest recipes that look perfect and trying to figure them out myself. And here's another post with more stuff about me!

These are my children, Ian and Zelda. They're beautiful, awesome, and sweet.
