A simple and visually interesting way to dress up your bookshelves is to arrange them by color. Ever since I saw this picture from here:
... I've been in love with this idea. Annnd I implemented it in my own small way on my own shelves. My book collection is relatively small since most of my books are still at home under my bed in my own room.
